Steamed Coconut Puddings ( Kha- Nom- Tuai )
After living in New York City for almost a decade, I barely remembered when was the last time I had some Thai desserts. The same night we made a trip to a famous Thai restaurant in Queens, across the street, there is a Thai grocery! We discovered that they had these steamed coconut puddings that I love! They kept these puddings frozen though. However, we bought a pack to give it a try.
They were neatly packed and all placed in these cute porcelain cups! Once you are done with them, you can use these tiny cups for dipping sauces afterwards! Useful, huh? 😉
How to prepare them? Very easy! You can steam them using a steamer, but I use the microwave. 30 – 40 seconds would do it. That’s it! YUM!
