I made Thai chicken cakes again tonight for dinner. It was a huge success on my first try, so I thought I should try again. This time I added more carrots, garlic and parsley.

I also want to introduce you to the dipping sauce that I use. It’s called ” Sriracha Chili Sauce” It tastes a little spicy yet sweet! It adds more flavors to Thai Chicken Cakes! The price is $3.49 for such a huge bottle!
